From Quake City To The City Of Sails
Manee Thai Restaurant has been open for over 20 years. The restaurant started as a small 4X4 restaurant on Manchester street in Christchurch, and gained success for its delicious food, quality ingredients, and large portions. The restaurant gained recognition from local news papers and was a frequent dine in spot for Christchurch-chians craving authentic Thai food.
After years of success, Manee Thai restaurant was forced to close down due to the Christchurch earthquakes. The damage was so severe that both locations had to be demolished as a result.
The owners decided to take a leap of faith and relocate to The City of Sails. We are now located at 692 Dominon Road, serving the same old recipes and providing delicious quality Thai food at reasonable prices.
